Returned to China, summer, 1911. Teacher, Fu Tan College, Shanghai, 1911-12. President, Government Teachers' College, Tsinan, 1912-13. Member, Revenue Council, 1913. District Inspector of Salt Revenues, Wuchang, 1914-15. Member, Ministry of Agricul-ture and Commerce, 1915 to date.
